This dataset contains the underlying and extended data supporting the systematic review entitled “Internal Communication Conditions Shaping Employee Voice and Organizational Silence: A Systematic Review of Scopus-Indexed Empirical Studies”. The files include the Scopus search log, bibliographic metadata exported from Scopus, full-text eligibility decision log, data extraction matrix, MMAT methodological appraisal table, thematic synthesis workbook, eligibility criteria and exclusion codes, PRISMA 2020 checklist, PRISMA flow diagram, high-resolution figure files, editable conceptual model source file, and theme evidence matrix. Full-text PDFs of the included studies are not deposited in this repository because copyright and licensing conditions remain with the original publishers.
