Temperature Regulation in a Tropical Seabird, the Red-footed Booby (Sula sula)

These data include, from a wide range of temperatures, metabolic rates, body temperatures, breathing rates (as well as gular flutter), and evaporative water loss from a study in Hawaii on Red-footed Boobies. Some data are direct measurements (e.g., temperatures, oxygen differentials) and others are calculated data (e.g., evaporative heat loss).
