Dataset of male rat copulatory behavior

Data was obtained from two cohorts of 25 sexually naive male rats each one (n=50). They were tested in 6 weekly copulatory encounters aimed at classifying them based on Ejaculation Latency or Ejaculation Number. We recorded, per male rat, the next copulatory parameters: latencies of mount, intromission and ejaculation, displayed as the mean of averaging the total ejacualtory series in seconds; and the accumulated number of mounts, intromissions and ejaculations for all the ejaculatory series executed in every 30-minute copulatory test. We used this dataset to build a PCA biplot and a complete-linkage dendrogram.
