Data and key processing and analysis code for "Physical–biogeochemical coupling of deoxygenation and hypoxia persistence in a river-dominated shelf system"

This repository contains datasets and key processing and analysis code supporting the main analyses presented in the study “Physical–biogeochemical coupling of deoxygenation and hypoxia persistence in a river-dominated shelf system.” The archived materials include data used in selected analyses and figures, together with key MATLAB and R scripts and outputs from the generalized additive mixed model analyses. Information and access links for external datasets used for model configuration, forcing, and validation are provided in the accompanying Data Sources document. Third-party observational data subject to redistribution restrictions are not included.
