Expression data from Vehicle, MP and MP+CSE_Bu treated SD rats

Understanding the mechanism of action of CSE-Bu on gene level in osteogenic effect. We used microarray to detail the effect of MP and MP+CSE_Bu on gene expression in SD rats and identified various classes of genes that are either upregulated or down-regulated. Rats were divided into 3 groups and treated with Vehicle, MP (methylprednisolone) and MP+CSE_Bu (methylprednisolone and Cassia occidentalis extract's butanolic fraction), respectively. All treatments were given for 4 weeks. After treatment total RNA was isolated from femur bone of each group by Trizol method as instructed by the manufacturer.
