Microbiome composition in the gut microbiota of Wistar rats fed millet flour. Raw sequence reads

This is an experimental study with the objective of investigating the role of germinated millet flour associated or not with a high fat diet on the gut microbiota of male Wistar rats. Despite the the effect of millet in the health, it is not understood the effects of the phenolic compounds present in the germinated millet flour on gut microbiome of Wistar rats. This study can help to identify new strategies to improve the gut health based on the millet consumption.
