Bulk RNA-seq data from mouse colonoids. Colonic crypts were isolated from a healthy male mouse aged 24 weeks and cultured ex vivo to form organoids. Organoids at passage 3 were treated with sodium butyrate (2 mM) for 48 or 72 hours, and harvested for RNA extraction and bulk RNA-seq.
