1. Data Cleaning and Standardization: A mapping database between standard identification numbers and their corresponding names has been established. Regular expressions are utilized to perform format validation for standard numbers, and key process parameters are extracted from textual data to form structured data tables. 2. Data Processing Flow: Flowchart models have been constructed for the 18 procedures of cross-shaped columns and box-shaped columns respectively. 3. Algorithm Model Construction: A rule engine is employed to verify whether process parameters comply with GB standards. A knowledge graph for welding procedure qualification has been established, and an automated standard version verification module has been developed. 4. Data Security Processing: Process parameters are retained while enterprise-specific identifiers are removed, and core process parameters are classified as controlled data.
