A total of 14 intestinal content samples were collected from PEDV-infected piglets and genomic DNA was extracted. After the quality and concentration of DNA were determined, next generation sequencing library preparations were conducted at Biomarker Technologies Co., LTD. (Beijing, China). Then, the total PCR amplicons were purified and polymerase were placed on the Sequel II Sequencing kit 2.0.
