Supporting Data for "Microenvironment and its regulation on endometrial mesenchymal stromal/stem-like cells"

The file includes all the data I used in the PhD thesis, including the raw data for statistical analysis, the uncropped images of the whole membrane acquired in the western blotting experiments (containing both target proteins and the internal reference protein), the gating strategy for the flow cytometry experiments and the images of the immunofluorescent staining that are splitted into different channels. The organization of the data is according to their presenting order in the PhD thesis, from Chapter 2 to Chapter 5. Each figure has an individual datasheet for convenience. The data was managed using the GraphPad software and the detailed method of analysis is as described in the corresponding chapter of my thesis.
