KEGG COMPOUND

KEGG COMPOUND是KEGG项目于1995年推出的四个原始数据库之一，是一个包含小分子、生物聚合物和其他与生物系统相关化学物质的集合。每个条目通过C号标识（如L-赖氨酸为C00047），包含化学结构和相关信息，并与其他KEGG数据库和外部数据库建立链接。该数据库目前包含19,574个化合物条目，6,653个与通路图相关联的条目，用于从分子层面数据到分子网络层面数据的链接分析。KEGG COMPOUND is one of the four original databases launched by the KEGG project in 1995. It is a collection of small molecules, biopolymers, and other chemical substances related to biological systems. Each entry is identified by a C-number (e.g., L-lysine is C00047), contains chemical structures and relevant information, and establishes links with other KEGG databases and external databases. Currently, this database contains 19,574 compound entries and 6,653 entries associated with pathway maps, which are used for linkage analysis from molecular-level data to molecular network-level data.
