Whole transcriptome sequencing of peripheral blood from CKD patients

Chronic kidney disease(CKD) is highly prevalent, irreversible, progressive, and associated with an increased risk of death, patients usually remain asymptomatic in early stage. The aim of this study was to identify the expression signature of circulating multiple types of RNA and possible molecular mechanisms in patients with CKD.
