资源简介:
Following a prenatal stress model, we collected RNA from ileum of offspring at 2 weeks of age. We sequenced the RNA to identify genes that are differentially expressed compared to offspring from unstressed controls. We identified DEGs and a number of biological and signaling pathways in the offsping in response to gesstational stress. We discuss the implications of these stress-induced genes on the development of inflammatory diseases in the gut of the offsping. Pregnant C57BL6 mice were subject to restraint stress (two hours everyday) during embyonic (E) days E7-19. After stress, the dams and litters were housed separately in different cages until the pups were 2 weeks of age. Ileum tissues were harvested for RNAseq analysis. 3 dams were stressed (identified as SD1, SD2, SD3) and tissues from one Male (M1) and one female (F1) offsping from each dams were collected. Therefore samples were labeled as SD1M1 and SD1F1 etc to identify each samples. Control dams were identified as CD1, CD2, and CD3.
