This dataset supports the study "Improving Altitudinal Accuracy of Sentinel-1 InSAR DEM in Arid Flat Terrain: A Machine Learning Approach with UAV Photogrammetry and Multi-Source Data," which aims to improve the accuracy of Sentinel-1 interferometric digital elevation models (InSAR DEMs) through Machine learning, UAV DEM and Terrain data. The dataset includes:• Sentinel-1 SAR images (publicly available from the Copernicus Open Access Hub),• Auxiliary DEM datasets used for correction,• Ground reference measurements provided by co-authors. These data were used to evaluate and validate the improvements in DEM generation accuracy over complex terrain regions. Sentinel-1 data is openly available, while ground-based data were collected during field campaigns by the contributing authors and are shared here with permission for research purposes.
