To investigate the the role of prune2 in the regulation of kidney fibrosis in vitro, we designed prune2 siRNA and isolated renal fibroblasts.Fibroblasts were treated with prune2 siRNA or scrambled siRNA, and then TGF-β was added to the cells after starving overnight. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for prune2 siRNA treated renal fibroblasts and scrambled siRNA treated fibroblasts .
