Quercus mongolica Raw sequence reads

Our study employs whole-genome resequencing to investigate the population genomics and local adaptation of Quercus mongolica (Mongolian oak), a keystone forest tree species with significant ecological and economic importance across Northeast Asia. By analyzing genomic variation among multiple individuals sampled from diverse geographical locations across China, we aim to identify genetic signatures of selection, characterize population structure, and uncover adaptive loci associated with environmental gradients.
