The mechanism of action of a pan-Kras inhibitor MCB-294 remains unknown. We determined gene expression profiling in H358 and AsPC-1 cell line xenograft mouse models after MCB-294 treatment using RNA-seq analysis. To investigate the action of a pan-Kras inhibitor MCB-294 in vivo, we established H358 and AsPC-1 cell line xenograft mouse models in which each mouse model was then treated with vehicle or MCB-294 (Bid, 30 mg/kg), followed by harvest and RNA extraction at 1 hours and 6 hours after the last dose. We then performed transcription profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of H358 and AsPC-1 cell line xenograft mouse models treated as mentioned above.
