Mechanical testing data describing the tensile strength and rupture behavior of biopolymers PHO and PHN produced by Pseudomonas putida KT2440, together with Adhesix surgical mesh composed of polypropylene fibers coated with polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and polyethylene glycol (PEG). The results enable comparison of the mechanical performance of biodegradable polymers and surgical mesh materials relevant for constructing a mechanically stable 3D bladder model.
