资源简介:

Pictish Symbol Stone 1, Saint Fergus' Church, Dyce, Aberdeenshire, Scotland. This symbol stone is said to have been found in the glebe, and, until it was placed under the Ancient Monuments Act in 1890, it was built into the E wall of the churchyard; it is now preserved within the old church. It is a slab of grey granite, of approximately rectangular shape, rounded at one end, 5ft 6ins (1.67m) long by 2ft 3ins (0.7m) wide, sculptured with incised lines on one (front) face bearing, at the top, the elephant symbol and, below it, the double-disc and Z-rod symbol. The discs are ornamented with circles and central spots. Canmore ID 19465. Source: Objaverse 1.0 / Sketchfab
