Chinese cardiovascular nurses' clinical leadership, nursing work environment, and self-efficacy survey dataset: A Multicenter cross-sectional study (N = 411)

This dataset supports the findings of a multicenter cross-sectional study on factors related to clinical leadership among Chinese cardiovascular nurses. The data was collected from January to June 2025 in the cardiovascular departments of three tertiary hospitals in Xiamen, Fujian Province, China, with a total of 411 cardiovascular nurses included. Survey tool: Clinical Leadership Scale (15 items, 5 dimensions) Nursing Work Environment Scale (30 items, 7 dimensions) General Self Efficacy Scale (10 items) General Information Questionnaire (Gender, Age, Education, Professional Title, Department, Work Experience, Have You Received Clinical Leadership Training, Are You a Clinical Instructor, etc.) Data file format: The SPSS (. sav) file has been fully anonymized, with variable and value labels embedded. Main variables included: Demographic and job characteristic variables. The total score and dimensions of clinical leadership, nursing work environment, and self-efficacy. Original scores for each item. Instructions for Use: All personal identification information has been deleted to strictly protect the privacy of participants. The data can be used for meta-analysis, secondary studies on nursing leadership or work environment, scale validation, etc. Please cite relevant research papers (after publication) and this dataset when using data.
