Digital media advertising accounted for 45 percent of the advertising expenditure by the consumer durables industry across India in 2020, compared to just about 38 percent in the previous year. Notably, the share of print media ad spends plummeted down to 15 percent in 2020 from a high of 34 percent in 2018.
