We aim to explore the expression of mRNA in ARPE19 which treated with cigarette exposed rat plasma or stop exposed rat plasma. Overall design: ARPE19 cells treated with the plasma from the rats in normal group, cigarette exposure group and stop exposure group. Then the total RNA of these groups were analysed with RNA sequencing.
