基于技术、设备、政策、智能化管控系统等研发成果,开展不同规模人群的水源-供水-用水-污水收集处理-再生水回用等水资源循环各环节的节水技术模式集成与示范,以周庄村为核心区进行示范应用,以琉璃河镇为依托区,房山区为试点区进行推广应用,同时注重体制机制创新,配套应用节水型社会建设的相关激励机制与政策。数据量187.18KB。 在饮用水技术方面,开展实施周庄村供水站改造工程,配置以膜过滤-紫外消毒单元为核心的撬装式一体化净水设备,同时优化管网输配方案,检测工艺出水和管网水质,依据水质情况优化工艺参数,逐步 24h 供水,确保核心区饮用水质达到《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB5749-2006)的相关要求。 在生活污水处理方面,根据现有排水系统情况和分散式生活污水的水质水量特征,配置“收-储-运-处理处置-回用”集成技术的撬装式一体化处理设备,根据运行数据,优化工艺参数,实现高效的污水分散处理,保障再生水达到相关回用标准,并形成具有高附加值的有机复合肥产品。 在生活节水和智慧化管理方面,根据示范区产业结构、供水管网、用水户分布等条件,安装用水计量智能化监测终端,进行用水分析和综合节水管控。 利用非常规水资源替代新水,将绿地非常规水灌溉系统关键设备及高效安全利用技术应用于示范区,形成“节流”管理与“开源”利用相结合的节水技术模式。 在节水激励机制与政策方面,在周庄村进行供水设施运行标准化管理、节水器具使用激励、居民节水行为培育等管理政策与机制的示范实施,并评估相关激励机制与政策实施的作用效果,经过统计分析与反馈优化,在依托区、示范区或其它区域推广应用。

This dataset is developed based on R&D achievements in technologies, equipment, policies, and intelligent control systems. It covers the integration and demonstration of water-saving technical models across the entire water resource cycle, including water source development, water supply, water consumption, sewage collection and treatment, and reclaimed water reuse, for populations of varying scales. The demonstration application was conducted with Zhouzhuang Village as the core area, while the promotion and application were carried out with Liulihe Town as the supporting zone and Fangshan District as the pilot area. Meanwhile, institutional and mechanism innovation was emphasized, with supporting application of relevant incentive mechanisms and policies for water-saving society construction. The total size of this dataset is 187.18 KB. For drinking water technologies, the renovation project of the water supply station in Zhouzhuang Village was implemented. Skid-mounted integrated water purification equipment with a membrane filtration-ultraviolet disinfection unit as the core was configured, and the pipeline network distribution plan was optimized. The process effluent and pipeline network water quality were monitored, and process parameters were optimized based on water quality conditions to gradually achieve 24-hour water supply, ensuring that the drinking water quality in the core area meets the relevant requirements of the *Standards for Hygiene of Drinking Water* (GB5749-2006). For domestic sewage treatment, according to the existing drainage system conditions and the water quality and quantity characteristics of decentralized domestic sewage, skid-mounted integrated treatment equipment equipped with the "collection-storage-transportation-treatment and disposal-reuse" integrated technology was configured. Based on operation data, process parameters were optimized to achieve efficient decentralized sewage treatment, ensuring that reclaimed water meets relevant reuse standards, and high-value-added organic compound fertilizer products were formed. For domestic water conservation and intelligent management, according to the industrial structure, water supply pipe network, and water user distribution of the demonstration area, intelligent water metering monitoring terminals were installed to conduct water use analysis and comprehensive water-saving control. Unconventional water resources were used to replace fresh water, and key equipment of green space unconventional water irrigation systems and efficient and safe utilization technologies were applied to the demonstration area, forming a water-saving technical model that combines "throttling" management and "opening up" utilization. For water-saving incentive mechanisms and policies, demonstration implementation of management policies and mechanisms such as standardized management of water supply facilities, incentives for water-saving appliances, and cultivation of residents' water-saving behaviors was carried out in Zhouzhuang Village. The effects of relevant incentive mechanisms and policies were evaluated, and after statistical analysis and feedback optimization, they were promoted and applied in the supporting area, demonstration area, and other regions.
