User problems when using assistive products in India 2019, by level of disability

A 2019 survey conducted in India revealed that the major problems when using assistive products among severely disabled respondents were the discomfort and requirement of additional help from another person. Users of these assistive products also encountered problems with the products themselves, such as wrong size, too complicated to use or not safe to use.
