Handwritten Cyclic Compounds Dataset

This dataset contains handwritten chemical structures of 15 different Cyclic Compounds  including aromatic and alicyclic molecules such as Benzene, Toluene, Aniline, Phenol, Purine, Pyrimidine, Thymine, Naphthalene, Anthracene, Cyclobutane, Cyclohexane, Cyclohexanone, Cyclohexene, Ethylcyclopentane, and 1,2-dimethylbenzene.Each compound class contains 30\u201354 unique images, handwritten manually on paper and digitized using a camera and scanner. The images are pre-processed (cropped and cleaned) to contain only the compound structure without additional noise.
