This dataset contains the complete data/lake directory generated from multiple simulation runs using the FSM (Foundation Surrogate Models) software for multi-objective analog circuit design and optimization. It includes raw and processed experimental data from SPICE-based simulations, surrogate model training datasets, and optimization results obtained through evolutionary and surrogate-guided algorithms. A companion document provides a detailed description of the data lake structure, file organization, and metadata schema to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and secondary analysis. This dataset represents the experimental results supporting the paper “Multi-Fidelity Surrogate Models for Accelerated Multiobjective Analog Circuit Design and Optimization.”
