Drug-Prot: precomputed statistical evidence for drug effects and temporal protein dependencies in perturbation proteomics

Statistical evidence on drug effects, drug–drug interactions, and directed temporal protein dependencies, derived from a large-scale perturbation proteomics dataset of 18 breast cancer cell lines treated with 63 single drugs and 59 drug combinations, profiled at 6, 24, and 48 hours across 5,392 proteins. This deposit contains approximately 60 million p-values together with the corresponding effect estimates. It is the complete evidence base underlying the Drug-Prot application and the associated manuscript. All values here are raw and uncorrected; multiple-testing correction is applied at query time over the user's selected protein set.
