资源简介:
Escherichia coli, a genus of Enterobacteriaceae family, have the characteristics of being both guts commensal and pathogenic bacteria leading to intraintestinal and extraintestinal diseases. Some evolutionary and ecological forces shape the virulence and antimicrobial resistance properties in commensal E. coli. These properties are developed in commensal E. coli by horizontal gene transferring materials including phages, plasmids and transposons. At the present study, we genomically investigated virulence, antimicrobial resistance and anti-phage mechanisms in gut commensal E. coli strain isolated from healthy people faeces.
