西藏自治区林芝、山南、日喀则地区小型兽类数据集（2023）

为解析青藏高原动物多样性格局，并建立相应的兽类标本数据库。子课题（2019QZKK05010110）2023年集中在西藏自治区林芝县、错那县、亚东县开展调查，共采集100份当地野生动物姬鼠、锡金蹼足鼩、灰腹鼠等标本及其组织样品。本数据集包含1个标本信息表、1个组织样品信息表以及一批西藏吉隆拍摄的野生动物红外相机照片。信息表包含物种、品种、详细采样地、样品类型、采集时间、采集人、保存方式等基本样品信息。信息表以excel表形式存储。照片以jpg格式保存。

To elucidate the faunal diversity patterns on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and establish a corresponding mammalian specimen database, Sub-project (2019QZKK05010110) conducted field surveys in Linzhi County, Cona County, and Yadong County of the Tibet Autonomous Region in 2023. A total of 100 specimens and tissue samples of local wild animals including striped field mice, Sikkim water shrews, and grey-bellied rats were collected. This dataset contains one specimen information sheet, one tissue sample information sheet, and a set of infrared camera photographs of wild animals taken in Gyirong, Tibet. The information sheets contain basic sample information such as species, subspecies, detailed sampling sites, sample types, collection date, collectors, and preservation method. The information sheets are stored in Excel format, while the photographs are saved in JPG format.
