METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A FLEXIBLE PACKAGING TUBE FROM FLEXIBLE FILM OR MULTILAYER LAMINATE

The present invention discloses a method of manufacturing a flexible packaging tube. The packaging tube has single layer or multi layer packaging film or multi-layer film laminate. An outer surface/layer (10) and an inner surface/layer (11) of the packaging film or multi-layer laminate are joined at a sealing/welding zone (12) by applying at least one of a hot-melt and hot-extrusion lamination layer in between the outer surface (10) and inner surface (11). The outer surface/layer (10) and inner surface/layer (11) may also be joined together using one of the methods of heat sealing， ultrasonic sealing， radio frequency welding， and Laser welding. Further， the sealing/welding zone (12) is protected by protective strips (14). The present invention discloses a method of manufacturing a flexible packaging tube.
