Dataset on specimens of medicinal plants collected under ICBG program field works and conserved at CNARP herbarium.

The ICBG program consisted of plants for biologically active molecules. The work was carried out by CNARP, M.B.G., Conservation International, CNRE, PBZT, Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University , Brystol Myers Squibb, Pharmaceutical Research Institute and Dow AgroSciences. Plant specimens were collected to enrich the reference collection of CNARP.
