This dataset contains processed single-cell RNA sequencing (rna_cohort_processed.h5ad) and single-cell ATAC sequencing AnnData (atac_cohort_processed.h5ad) objects accompanying the manuscript "Epigenetic evolution of colorectal cancer and its microenvironment reveals novel vulnerabilities." The processed datasets include integrated gene expression and chromatin accessibility matrices together with cell-level metadata, annotations, and low-dimensional embeddings used for downstream analyses and figure generation. Raw sequencing data are available through the European Genome-phenome Archive (EGA) under controlled access.
