MAP - CHTP 1.2 - nasal - Raw

This study reports a comparative assessment of the biological impact of a heated tobacco aerosol from the Carbon-Heated Tobacco Product (CHTP) 1.2, and smoke from a combustible 3R4F cigarette on human organotypic nasal epithelium tissue exposed at the air-liquid interface. The concentrations of cytokines, chemokines, and growth factors were measured in the basolateral media of the bronchial tissue cultures at various time-points after exposure (as a cross sectional sampling). This dataset reports single measurements for each tissue insert.
