Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU), NHERI 2022: Using ParaView for Non-Invasive Subsurface Imaging of Anomalies in Newberry, Florida

This project is about one method of creating visualizations for surface wave data collected in Newberry, Florida using Smart Solo Sensors and fiber-optic cable. The data processed for this project can be used to create visualizations in an software in which usable filetypes can be created. The data collected for this project is a uniquely massive data set of surface wave data collected using the large-scale mobile shakers from NHERI at University of Texas. This paper is intended primarily for geotechnical engineering researchers, specifically those who will be using the data this project used to help conduct their own analyses.
