版权管理系统著作权人表是“版权管理系统作品表”的关联表，包含提交作品的著作权人的姓名、地址及其有效身份证明文件。其著作权人需为身份证或或居住证地址为福建的公民或法人，对于已有电子证照的著作权人可免于提交证件。实际数据产生周期同版权管理系统作品表。
The Copyright Owner Table of the Copyright Management System is an associated table of the Copyright Management System Work Table. It contains the name, address, and valid identification documents of the copyright owners who submitted the works. All such copyright owners must be citizens or legal entities whose ID card or residence permit address is located in Fujian Province. Copyright owners who already hold electronic certificates are exempted from submitting physical identification documents. The actual data generation cycle is consistent with that of the Copyright Management System Work Table.
