scRNA-seq of ventricular-subventricular zone of and term (P28) and preterm (P29) birth mice

To elucidate birth-associated gene expression changes in the cells of the ventricular-subventricular zone, scRNA-seq was performed on the entire ventricular-subventricular zone of the lateral wall of the lateral ventricles of term P28 and preterm P29.
