Causal–Informational Completion in CET Ω v3.1: A Modular Extension of Relativistic Quantum Theory

We present a complete formulation of the Causal–Informational Completion (CCI) within the CET Ω v3.1 framework, establishing a closed dynamical structure that unifies relativistic quantum field theory, gravitational dynamics, and informational degrees of freedom arising from modular the- ory. The CCI extends standard physics by introducing the informational coordinate ψ, a physically meaningful variable governing the redistribution of informational content within modular flows, and by elevating the Tomita–Takesaki modular group to a dynamical component of the theory rather than a representational gauge artifact.
