Genomic data supporting population resequencing, SNP calling and candidate gene annotation of Tetrix grossus (Orthoptera: Tetrigidae): filtered SNP variants, CDS sequences and functional annotations

This dataset contains supporting genomic data generated for a population genomic study of wing-morph dimorphism in the pygmy grasshopper Tetrix grossus (Orthoptera: Tetrigidae). Twenty individuals (10 long-winged, 10 short-winged) were resequenced at ~15× genome coverage and aligned to the T. grossus reference genome assembly. Selective sweep analyses (F_ST, nucleotide diversity, Tajima's D) and genome-wide association analyses (GEMMA linear mixed model) were performed to identify genomic regions and candidate genes associated with wing polymorphism and related morphometric traits.
