资源简介:
The project aims to study the phenotypic effect of miR-1017, a 3' tailed mirtron which is conserved and abundantly expressed in Drosophila melanogaster. For this purpose, we have carried out mRNA sequencing data of two different mutant class of miR-1017, one generated through homologous recombination (Obtained from Bloomington Drosophila stock center) and the other generated by CRISPR/Cas9 system in the lab. Additionally, we did small RNA sequencing data of CRISPR mutants to confirm the absence of miR-1017 sequence in the mutant flies. We also sequenced mRNA from old adult (day 25) flies to study the splicing of miR-1017 intron as compared to young (Day2) flies.
