资源简介:
Ulcerative colitis (UC), is the main subtype of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Although the availability of many effective therapeutic strategies, some patients still either fail to respond in addition to the severe adverse and high cost of these treatments. Therefore, looking for new therapeutic options is needed. The pathogenesis of UC is complicated, and includes immunological, genetic, and microbiological factors. The evidence indicated that modulation of gut microbiota is considered a promising treatment for imbalances gut microbiota-related diseases. The purpose of our study was to investigate the effects of two different microbial strategies and vancomycin treatment on DSS-induced colitis in mice.
