资源简介:
Alignment file (Asim_GPCRs_ali.fasta). The file includes 47 GPCR sequences from the tentacle transcriptome of Anomia simplex (generated in this study) and 30 protein sequences for all major GPCR classes of two other bivalve species, the scallop Mizuhopecten yessoensis and the oyster Crassostrea virginica, available in the NCBI database. All sequences were aligned and used for the phylogenetic classification of GPCRs.Alignment file (Asim_opsin_ali.fasta). The file includes one opsin sequence (retinochrome) from the tentacle transcriptome of Anomia simplex (generated in this study) and 307 sequences for 23 pteriomorphian bivalve species in McElroy et al. (2023). All sequences were aligned and used for the phylogenetic classification of opsins.Alignment file (Asim_SMR_ali.fasta). The file includes 41 Class A GPCR sequences from the tentacle transcriptome of Anomia simplex (generated in this study), seven small-molecule receptor sequences of the scallop M. yessoensis available in the NCBI database, and 159 small-molecule receptors for different metazoan groups present in Rump et al. (2021). All sequences were aligned and used for the phylogenetic classification of small-molecule receptors.Alignment file (Asim_chemoGPCR_ali.fasta). The file includes 11 Class A GPCR sequences containing serpentine domains (srw/srx/srsx) from the tentacle transcriptome of Anomia simplex (generated in this study) and 70 putative chemosensory GPCRs for gastropods, nematodes, planarians, and cnidarians in Rondón et al. (2024). All sequences were aligned and used for the phylogenetic classification of putative chemosensory receptors.Alignment file (Asim_iGluR_ali.fasta). The file includes 13 iGluR sequences from the tentacle transcriptome of Anomia simplex (generated in this study) and 312 sequences for ten molluscan species (three bivalves, two cephalopods, and five gastropods) in Andouche et al. (2021). All sequences were aligned and used for the phylogenetic classification of iGluR subgroups, including IRs.Alignment file (Asim_Piezo_ali.fasta). The file includes one Piezo channel sequence from the tentacle transcriptome of Anomia simplex (generated in this study) and 17 homolog sequences of piezo channels predicted in the genomes of 12 molluscan species and three other invertebrate species, available in the NCBI database. All sequences were aligned and used for the phylogenetic classification of Piezo mechanosensitive ion channels.Tree file (Asim_GPCRs.treefile).
