Adopting Machine Learning and Deep Learning to predict Patient Adherence with Lifestyle Recommendations and Quality of Life Outcomes

Ongoing project regarding the predicton of patient adherence to a lifestyle intervention (including diet, physical activity, and vitamin D supplementation) via ML and DL frameworks. Data contains repeated measures outcomes of the intervention program and a set of sociodemographic and clinical baseline information from DEDiCa study which was approved by the Ministry of Health Italian, Italian Medicines Agency (AIFA) and the ethics committees of each recruiting hospital (ClinicalTrials.gov NCT02786875).
