Α nation-wide survey to gather data on the bioinformatics landscape (practices, needs, opinions) relevant to omic research on non-model organisms.
The final dataset (Anonymised_raw) comprised 102 individual answers to closed-ended, either dichotomous or multiple-response, and open-ended. To further protect their anonymity, we present the answers for questions 4 (strongest area of expertise) and 5 (main research questions) as a separate, randomized dataset (Anonymised_espertised_questions)
