This Zenodo record contains the code and input data used for the analyses reported in the manuscript “One Diet Does Not Fit All: A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis of Gene–Diet Interactions on Cholesterol and Triglycerides”. The record includes Meta.R, the R script used for the analysis workflow, and Classified_combined.xlsx, the corresponding input spreadsheet used by the script. These materials are shared to facilitate transparency, reproducibility, and reuse. To reproduce the analyses, run Meta.R using Classified_combined.xlsx as the input file after updating local file paths and installing the required R packages.
