A dataset of 1km Grid Town and village land density in Yellow River Basin(2015）

Town and village land includes urban land, market town land and village land. It is the basic living space for urban and rural residents. The location and quantity of urban and village land directly affect people's production and life. The land density of towns and villages is an important indicator of regional human aggregation. This paper uses the 30 meter land use grid data of the 2015 Land Change Survey, uses the kilometer grid production software, and calculates the grid space to obtain the data set of land use density of cities and villages with a 1km grid in the Yellow River basin in 2015. This data set can be used for research on the preparation of land spatial planning in the Yellow River basin, the implementation and evaluation of spatial planning, the accumulation of towns and villages, the optimization of urban and village land layout, the evaluation of residents' quality of life, carbon source measurement, remote sensing sample database, etc.
