This dataset contains BF microscopy images documenting the formation and growth of spheroids derived from sorted MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cell subpopulations (small, and large) as well as inlet. The dataset includes: Day 0 and Day 7 seeding and spheroid formation images for each subpopulation. Day 9 post-embedding images showing spheroid spreading and invasion.
