TRANSMAT n-Ary relations

This dataset presents a Gold Standard of data annotated on documents from the Science Direct website. The relations are related to permeability n-Ary relations, as defined in the TRANSMAT Ontology (https://ico.iate.inra.fr/atWeb/, https://doi.org/10.15454/NK24ID, http://agroportal.lirmm.fr/ontologies/TRANSMAT). The data were obtained from the agregation of partial n-Ary relations extracted form the document tables (TRANSMAT tables data, https://doi.org/10.18167/DVN1/GCZBC9) and argument instances form the texts (TRANSMAT Gold Standard, https://doi.org/10.18167/DVN1/U7HK8J). The aggregation was performed by one annotator. They are presented in table format, without reproducing the full text, for copyright purposes. The information available on each annotation are: Relation (the relation concept), Result_Argument (the argument instance, signature of the relation), Arguments (the argument instances of the relation), Table (the table nam in as it appears in the document), Caption (the full table caption), Segment (the section and sub-section in which the table appears), Document (the original document) and DOI (the document DOI).
