Peptide mucus_MSMS.zip

We attached a raw data files - in text format of the MS/MS spectrum of the peptide [M+H]⁺ at m/z 1039.5 Da (PEPTIDE_mucus_spectrum_MSMS_1039.5) and data files in pkt and mgf format (PEPTIDE_mucus_spectrum_MSMS_1039.5.pkt and PEPTIDE_spectrum_MSMS_1039.5.mgf), which are available. The interpretation of the MS/MS spectrum was performed manually and was confirmed by de novo sequencing of a software platform PEAKS Studio 10.6 from Bioinformatics Solutions, Inc. We also applied files from analysis by the program: PEPTIDE_mucus_Peaks_studio_MSMS_1039.5.mgf.1.1.1.dta; PEPTIDE_MUCUS_Peaks studio_MSMS_1039.5.pkl; PEPTIDE_MUCUS_Peaks studio_MSMS_1039.5 and Image_PeaksStudio_PEPTIDE MUCUS_MSMS 1039.5.
