SEM Images of Sclerodermataceae Species for Deep Learning and Explainable AI Analyses

This dataset includes 960 SEM images from 6 Sclerodermataceae species, with 160 images per species. It was created for deep learning-based classification and focuses on taxonomically informative micromorphological features, especially spore surface ornamentation and ultrastructural patterns. The images were obtained under standardized preparation and imaging conditions and may be used in fungal taxonomy, SEM image analysis, and explainable AI studies.
