Identification of unique and distinct regulators of Tfh cells elicited by different stimulations [ATAC-seq]

To investigate/identify other factors that is commonly or distinctively required for Tfh cells generated under different conditions. Overall design: We then adoptively transfer SMARTA cells (CD45.2+) into CD45.1 mice, part of recipients are immunized with protein, and on day 5 (peak response), isolate Tfh and non Tfh cells from draining lymph nodes meanwhile, The other part of recipients are infected with LCMV, and on day 5 (not peak response, but the Tfh and non-Tfh cell fate are committed), isolate Tfh and non-Tfh cells from the spleen by cell sorting.
